2- Price
All prices are indicated in EUROS VAT included at the current rate. If the rates were to be modified, upwards or downwards, these changes may be reflected in the price of the items. The prices are indicated in free shipping unless otherwise indicated on the site. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.

4- Description of the products
All our products are described with the greatest possible precision. In case of error, we could not be held responsible. Any operation not disputed within one month cannot give rise to a claim, except within the framework of the guarantee.
5- Transport, delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. Any receipt must be made in the presence of the deliverer and must be systematically checked in its content before signing the delivery slip. You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery. You must also confirm the reservations to the carrier at the latest within two working days of receipt of the package and send a copy of the letter to GWADALIS SAS. If the products need to be returned, they must be within two days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. In addition, the return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) In the event of a problem, indicate the reason on the delivery slip (mandatory) and contact us as soon as possible. If there is no delivery note, refuse it and contact us. In the event of late delivery, we disclaim all liability.
6- Withdrawal period
You have a period of seven working days from receipt during which you can refuse the material. Before any return of goods, contact us systematically, for validation. The return of the equipment must be made in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice to the departure address. Any equipment used by the customer will not be taken back or exchanged. The cost of transporting the returned material will be your responsibility. The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen days. The transport of the products thus returned is your responsibility.
7- Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Pointe à pitre will be competent.
8- Deadlines
The execution times correspond to the average times and to the order processing and delivery times.
9- Retention of title clause
The products remain the property of GWADALIS until full payment has been received by our company. Until that date, the material delivered is considered consigned and the buyer bears the risk of damage that this material may suffer or cause for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding, any clause to the contrary, in the event of non-compliance by the buyer with one of the payment deadlines, GWADALIS without prejudice to its other rights, may obtain, by registered letter, the return of the equipment at the buyer's expense until to execution by the latter of all the commitments.
10- Liability
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and with the standards applicable on French territory. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products sold are not contractual. Consequently, GWADALIS cannot be held liable in the event of an error or omission in one of the presentations or in the event of modification of the characteristics of the products by the suppliers. GWADALIS cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike in particular of the postal services or the means of transport and or communication, flood or fire. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to incompatibility of equipment, cannot give rise to any compensation or reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of GWADALIS.
11- Personal information
GWADALIS undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information that you communicate to us. These are confidential. Consequently, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning you.
12 - Vouchers
The vouchers issued by GWADALIS are deductible from a purchase after acceptance of your means of payment by credit card. Vouchers can be used as a means of payment on the payment selection page.
Vouchers are single-use and must be used for their full value. The period of validity of vouchers is on 31/12 of the year of their creation date and in no way credited to the following year.
In the event of reimbursement of an order having generated a reduction due to the voucher, the value of the latter will be deducted from the said reimbursement.
The purchase vouchers can be used on a subsequent order to that generated by the purchase voucher and which must be paid in full.
